The rear yard is private and with its level lawn, and adjoining swimming pool, it is the perfect setting for long plays by the pool and drawn-out holiday fun.

By way of accommodation, each of the bedrooms are well proportioned with the Master bedroom a delicate space which includes a private ensuite bathroom, and access to the terrace beyond – a wonderous space designed to embrace the sun and the elevated views across Middle Harbour. Each of the bedrooms feature high ceilings, plantation shutters, robes and beautifully dressed throughout. Guests will be spoilt for choice.
