We were really happy and felt extremely supported, to the point where if we ever needed any general property advice, we would always give them a call to get their opinion. Even if it was completely unrelated to the properties they were involved in.
Through conversations, Hugo and Luljeta knew that we were keen to sell and wanted a strong offer. We weren’t desperate to sell, but we wanted to take advantage of the strong market, and if we weren’t able to get a good price, we wouldn’t have sold.
It’s always stressful selling a property, so it was good to know that we had them on our side helping us through that process. Hugo and Luljeta put together the marketing campaign and organised the styling. They had good ideas about the calibre of the styling, relying on marketing and selling insights rather than just getting a stylist and checking a box. Throughout the entire process, we had a very close engagement with them.
Five days after activating the campaign and one open house, we sold for a street record, which we were extremely pleased with.
Hugo and Luljeta are very personable, relationship-driven, trusting, and have good business ethics and principles. They have a good long-term approach, always wanting to maintain the relationship on both sides, for the vendor and buyer.
